We want to perform the best we can so that we can continue to feed the hungry. There is always room for improvement and we want to give the best experience as possible for volunteers, those receiving a meal, and for donators.

    Hi, I placed an online order through Masbia of Boro Park app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through Masbia of Boro Park, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card. That’s why I’m here asking for assistance since I am not able to call your support line.

    Dear Mr/Mrs:

    Try to make a reservation at Plentiful, But show message “There are no reservations options available for you at the moment. Please check the pantry conditions or contact the pantry.”

    Hi there, Hector here. Hoping the Season so far is still going well. This message is intended to reach Laura Allen, that in an e mail I had yesterday was asking me if by this Upcoming Wed in between 10 to 4 I may be able to help at one of the locations. Ms. Allen most likely at my age I follow some guidelines on my own, so the offer from my end is this : in between Sunday after 12 and Tue no later than 6:30 pm if You need any help let me know at this e mail.     thank you so much for the food that was delivered yesterday. As every case was delivered separatly I have know way of knowing if the order is complete or I will be receiving additional food. it would be a shame to shop and spend money i don’t have only to receive the same food items a short while later. I received a case of eggs, dairy items, grape juice and apples ( the apples where labeled chicken in the text) is my order complete?

    Guys,

    I have 4 kids. Whole month system do not let me chance to make Reservation time,come and pick up pantry for my family. I have not enough food at home. I called tech support many times. Did not help at all, I emailed at info Alexander, did not help, automated system etc. Nothing help. When I push the button time confirm, it’s like freezed or they sad may be I was rud with Masbia team or whatever and they block me or put me like non active but it’s not true, please guys I would like to get help,pantry nothing else, could you help me somehow to get pantry for me and my family.kuds nothing else. I did not did smth wrong. I do not understand why system do not let me RESERVATE time and the same thing has one of my relative!
