    Hi, I placed an online order through (store) app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through (store), you have the authority to process the refund back to my card. That’s why I’m here asking for assistance since I am not able to call your support line.
